Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. When you use your credit card to purchase any of our products, rest assured that your transaction information is transmitted over a secure connection. All our order pages use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology. This technology safeguards your personal and credit card information. How will I know if my order has been processed?
Once we processes your order (immediately on submission), we will send you an e-mail confirmation and display your registration and license information within 24 hours. [Top]

How do I change or cancel my order?
To request an order change or order cancellation please contact us at sales@dawningsoft.com. [Top]

Can I use my "Single License" on all of my machines?
Yes. One registered copy of our products may either be:

* Used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.

OR

* Installed on a single computer and be used non-simultaneously by multiple people.

The Single License is for personal use, private use, individual use, non-profit use, non-commercial use.

If the registered version of our products is to be accessed through a network, then you must obtain individual licenses of the product for each of the computers that will access our products. For example, if 10 different computers access the product on the network, then each computer must have it's own product license, regardless of whether they use the procudt at different times or concurrently. I've registered your software, but I've lost my registration details - what now?
Please send us your Order ID or at least the email you used when placing your order to sales@dawningsoft.com, and we will instantly send you your registration details again. Please note that we will only re-send the registration details to the email address you used while placing your order. [Top]
